Your responsibilities include, among others:
- preparing orders within the specified schedule and quality standards,
- adjusting the machines and intervening in case of minor technical malfunctions,
- training, motivating, and managing employees while actively participating yourself. You are therefore extensively present on the work floor,
- keeping a close eye on the loading schedule and intervening when necessary,
- ensuring an efficient handover of work between shifts and departments.
It goes without saying that in all of this, you oversee hygiene, quality and safety and you have an eye for the optimization of working methods and participate in efficiency improvement projects.
Your profile:
- You gained leadership experience in a manufacturing environment,
- You are familiar with the technical aspects of a production process; where necessary you adjust/activate machinery as needed,
- You are a hands-on and practical problem solver
- You are communicative and can motivate and lead a team clearly,
- You work systematically, are well-organized and know how to keep a cool head during stressful moments,
- You are willing to work shifts and alternate Sundays.
