Nutriscore A
All sliced breads have nutritional score A. For our bake-off breads, we always aim for a nutritional score A or B, to continue being the healthiest choice in our segment. This is because our sliced breads are, among other things, palm oil-free.
Instead, we use rapeseed oil which is extremely healthy as it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 and 6. Additionally, we produce sliced bread with iodized salt, no added sugars and we very often use whole grain (fibre).
Patroba Family Bakers is originally a whole grain bakery. That is why, we believe in promoting the goodness of whole grains by offering a diverse range of delicious whole grain and multigrain products.
