How we secure personal data

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting information about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us by email and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- To be able to call or email you if necessary to perform our services

How long we retain personal data

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Your data will be retained as long as you are a customer with us.

If one is no longer a customer, personal data is deleted within 12 months, excluding the data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and accounting documents.

In the case of a prospect, personal data will be deleted 3 months after the last contact.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We only provide to third parties and only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, modify or delete data

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
